Q: Can I add an item my order order/combine orders?
Yes! Simply make a second purchase to add items to your shipment.
To combine multiple orders to save on shipping, please email me ASAP!! Shipping for combined orders will cost the same. To ensure you are not charged double for shipping, please contact me to receive a free shipping voucher for the second order only. OR if you have already placed a second order, I will refund any excess shipping cost.

Q: My order arrived damaged! What do I do?
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality and no damages. Please email me your order number with clear photos so we can discuss solutions.
If your order was damaged through the shipping courier, it is out of my control.
Q: My package never arrived?
Once orders are handed to the mail courier to be shipped, it is out of my control. Please contact the post office for assistance! If the package was returned to me, I will notify you via email. In this event, I can refund the purchase minus shipping OR I can resend your order with an additional shipping charge.

Horse is my own little original character!
As a little girl I loved horses! When my dad wasn't working I would ask him to draw horses for me. Eventually, I started drawing horses for myself in attempts to copy my dad's draings. The round silly design you see today is how I used to draw them LOL
